This is now scientifically approved that who adopts a vegetarian diet lives longer and stays healthier. And this is the simple and most effective way to help the enviornment if you concern about it. Several studies indicate that a person who adopts vagetarian diet will have more benefits.

  1. LIVE LONG- Vegetarians have a much lower rish of Obesity, developing diabetes, Cancer and cardiovescular dieseases. It prevents the heart diseases and risk of cancer. In short they tend to live longer with a better health.
  2. REDUCE WEIGHT - Vegetarian diet will help you to stay fit and healthy, it helps to reduce weight. this is the best and simplest way to stay healthier and fit. Obesity and overwieght increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes as well. It will prevent you from these dieseases.
  3. STRONG BONES -  Foods also supply essential nutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin D that are necessary for the body to absorb and use calcium. Dairy products have rich calcium which make ones bones stronger.
  4. MORE ENERGETIC - Good nutrition generates more usable energy——energy to keep pace with the kids, have better sex life. Study prooves that Vegetarians have a better sex life than who consumes meat.
